I offer personal energy healing and mindfulness consulting for individuals seeking balance, clarity, and transformation. I believe that healing starts from within, and I use Esoteric Healing practices to help my clients release energetic blockages, realign their chakras, and rediscover a sense of inner peace.

My healing sessions are deeply personal and intuitive, tailored to the individual’s unique energetic needs. I also offer mindfulness consultations, providing practical tools and exercises such as guided meditation and breathwork to help people integrate mindfulness into their daily lives. The result? Greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a deeper connection to your true self.

What is Esoteric Healing?

Esoteric Healing dives into the roots of disease by recognizing that we are so much more than our physical bodies. Beyond the physical, we have emotional, mental, and spiritual layers, each meant to carry a natural, flowing energy—or life force—through us. But life happens: we face traumas, loss, grief, anxiety, and feelings of unworthiness, all of which can create energetic blocks in these layers, restricting that vital flow. Over time, these blockages may lead to physical disease. Esoteric Healing helps clear these barriers, restoring a free flow of energy, which in turn supports the body’s innate ability to heal itself.

I currently hold a level 2 certificate in Esoteric Healing through the National Association of Esoteric Healing.
