about me

This story begins at Full Spectrum Health, where at the age of 23, my career began. A year prior, I had moved to Sarasota from Michigan, just seven days after graduating from college. With my entire life packed into two checked bags and a carry-on, I arrived with a young heart, rose-colored glasses, and an eagerness to embrace new beginnings. Answering a Craigslist ad for a retail manager position at a holistic nutrition clinic turned out to be the first step on a lifelong journey—one that would connect me deeply with my values, passions, and sense of purpose.

Growing up, I was fortunate to be raised with the understanding that food is medicine, simplicity brings joy, and meaningful connection is at the heart of a fulfilled life. These early lessons mirrored the holistic philosophy of Full Spectrum Health and the wisdom of its founder, Eve Prang Plews. As a Licensed Nutrition Counselor and Functional Medicine Practitioner, Eve inspired me to explore the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. Under her mentorship, my curiosity blossomed into a passionate career in holistic health and wellness.

At Full Spectrum, I immersed myself in learning about homeopathy, herbalism, holistic nutrition, mindfulness, and metaphysics, all while working alongside healers and practitioners who shaped my professional and personal growth. My growing interest in the healing arts led me to become a licensed massage therapist with additional training in energy-based modalities, including craniosacral therapy.

Eve wasn’t just a mentor—she was a guiding light in my life. When she passed away unexpectedly in 2018, I experienced profound grief but also a renewed sense of purpose. Her legacy continues to guide me, and I often find myself asking, “What would Eve do?”

After Eve’s passing, I felt called to expand my horizons. In addition to my massage therapy practice and a B.S. in Journalism and Media Design, I ventured into creative consulting, offering communications and brand development services to small businesses and nonprofits. This work included web development, social media management, and strategic branding. When the pandemic began, I transitioned into the role of Director of Communications and Marketing for a local arts nonprofit, building on my prior freelance experience.

During this time, I also discovered a new creative outlet: painting. Mentored by local artist Grace Howl, whose mantra, “No Fear, No Rules,” unlocked a wellspring of self-expression, art became a sanctuary for me. Through this journey, I achieved gallery representation, joined artist collectives, and built a substantial body of work. Painting allowed me to explore emotions, energy, and unspoken truths, though I often struggled to balance the need for financial stability with the freedom to create.

In the spring of 2024, I embarked on a 500-mile spiritual pilgrimage across France and Spain, known as the Camino de Santiago. This journey profoundly transformed my art and my life, reigniting my desire to help others on their healing journeys. Today, my artwork reflects the unique auras and energies of my own personal experiences , as well as that of individuals, offering a fresh perspective on self-awareness and spiritual connection.

Currently, I am pursuing full certification in Esoteric Healing through the National Association of Esoteric Healing. I have completed two of the first four foundational levels, with eight levels in total. While I am already approved to practice, certification will deepen my ability to guide others in discovering the healing power within themselves and the impact of leading a more heart-centered life.

Life continues to astonish and inspire me, fueling my commitment to creativity, healing, and connection. I look forward to walking alongside you on this incredible journey. Let’s discover the beauty of the human experience—together.
